From Dreams to Homes

KRISTEN HUNEYCUTT

Concord, NC, is where I was born and raised. Growing up, I loved driving down Union St and admiring the beautiful homes. I would say that street is what sparked my interest in homes. Big, small, old, and really old, I loved looking at and admiring the details in the structure and architecture.
After High School, I attended Wingate University, majoring in Human Services.

After graduation, I considered real estate, but with 2 small kids at the time, I did not feel it was the right fit. I decided to go another route and worked for Maternal Fetal Medicine for 10 years. After a couple of attempts at revisiting the idea of real estate, I finally jumped in head first in 2017.
While taking the course, my daddy, who had passed in 2014, visited me in a dream one night. He was standing in a home that I was showing to a client, and he turned to me and said "Honey, you are going to be great at this."

Real estate is not just a job or even a career for me. It is my passion and I get to do it every single day!
